1. Current standard plans
Clean Copy may offer promotional or special prices. The price and terms shown immediately before you confirm a purchase apply to that transaction.
2. One paid plan for web and extension
Your paid Clean Copy plan belongs to your Clean Copy account. An active paid plan provides access to both the Clean Copy web application and the supported Clean Copy browser extension.
You do not need separate paid subscriptions for each product.
3. Separate free trials
The web application and browser extension may each provide their own separate 7-day free trial with no credit card required.
A web trial does not activate, reset or extend an extension trial. An extension trial does not activate, reset or extend a web trial.
If an active paid plan exists, paid access applies across both products and takes precedence over their product-specific trial states.
Purchasing a plan does not create, restart or extend either free trial.
4. Monthly
Monthly is a recurring subscription currently priced at €1.99 per month. It renews automatically until renewal is canceled.
The associated software-use licence remains available while applicable paid access is active.
5. Yearly
Yearly is a recurring subscription currently priced at €14.99 per year. It renews automatically until renewal is canceled.
The associated software-use licence remains available while applicable paid access is active.
6. Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time purchase currently priced at €39.99 and does not renew.
It grants the permanent personal-use rights described in the Clean Copy Terms of Use, subject to those Terms and circumstances such as a valid withdrawal, refund, reversed payment, dispute or fraud.
Online, browser-based and third-party-dependent functionality remains subject to technical compatibility and service availability.
7. Canceling renewal
Monthly and Yearly renewal can be canceled through your Clean Copy account.
After cancellation, your existing paid access normally remains available until the end of the billing period you already paid for. At that point, the paid-use licence associated with that subscription ends unless another active entitlement applies.
Ordinary cancellation does not normally create a prorated refund for the unused part of the billing period. Withdrawal rights are handled separately.
8. Monthly and Yearly plan changes
A change between Monthly and Yearly is scheduled for the end of the current billing period rather than taking effect immediately.
Your existing plan remains active until then. The new plan becomes active after payment for the new plan succeeds.
Clean Copy does not normally use prorated charges, prorated refunds or account credits for these scheduled switches. A scheduled switch may be canceled before it takes effect.
9. Upgrade to Lifetime
A Lifetime upgrade takes effect after the Lifetime payment succeeds.
When an eligible active Monthly or Yearly account successfully upgrades:
- Lifetime becomes the active plan.
- Future scheduled plan changes are canceled.
- The previous recurring subscription is ended.
- The applicable current successfully paid recurring-period payment is automatically refunded under the Lifetime upgrade rules.
This recurring-payment refund is part of the Lifetime upgrade and can apply even if the ordinary withdrawal period for that recurring payment has ended.
10. Promotional and retention offers
Clean Copy may offer eligible accounts promotional, discounted or retention pricing. Any additional conditions are displayed before you accept the offer.
A discounted recurring price may require continuous subscription. If that subscription is actually canceled, the special recurring price may be permanently lost and a later resumption may use the normal current price.
If several discounted choices are presented as one offer package, using one option may remove eligibility for the other options where this is clearly stated before confirmation.
11. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails or remains unpaid, access may be restricted or removed depending on the resulting subscription status.
12. Refunds, reversals and disputes
A refund, reversed payment, chargeback or payment dispute may suspend or remove the paid access and software-use rights associated with that payment.
13. Billing provider
Payments and billing are processed through Stripe. Stripe may provide access to invoices, payment methods and billing information.
Clean Copy handles Clean Copy plan changes and subscription cancellation through its own account controls.
14. Taxes
Applicable taxes may be calculated or included according to the rules applying to the transaction. The amount due is shown before you confirm payment.
15. Future price changes
Plan prices may change in the future. Where required by applicable law, existing recurring subscribers will receive appropriate notice before a changed recurring price takes effect.
